anxiety

Finally! This is how you conquer anxiety such as professional-, social anxiety, anxiety of relationships, anxiety of loss, anxiety of failure, and much more.

Do you know that? Anxiety of a certain event or situation completely paralyzes you. You are unable to act and feel completely helpless in the situation. How do you get out of there?

From a sociological point of view, anxiety is okay because it helps to avoid danger. If the anxiety bell (central amygdala) in our brain is healthy, it evaluates the situation within milliseconds and assesses dangers. However, if the anxiety is dysfunctional, the anxiety bell goes off, even though the danger is not that great.

With the regulation of emotions, the trigger - evaluation - stress circuit is regulated and the anxiety can then evaluate functional = healthy situations again, the body feeling is correspondingly tense and does not have to endure extreme stress hormones or even panic.

Methods such as EMDR, Brainspotting, Brainlog© and emTrace© have been scientifically researched in this area and have shown their effectiveness in several studies.

The fact is: the dysfunctional anxiety arose as a result of one's own experience or an experience taken over by the mirror neurons, we just have to make it more functional. It was, so to speak, a complete overstrain. Some people also have constant anxiety about the future, and then your imagination runs away with you.

If you are afraid of exams or presentations, the stress hormone cortisol can even lead to a blackout, and all the knowledge is suddenly gone because the brain is totally overloaded.

Anxiety can be very diverse:

• professional anxiety: anxiety of applying for a job, anxiety of existential, anxiety of losing the job or not being able to perform, anxiety of loss of success, loss of motivation, sales figures or targets

• Social anxiety: rejection, devaluation, exclusion, fear of loss, isolation

• Anxiety of relationships: constant criticism, no possibility of retreat, not enough emotional closeness, fear of loss

• anxiety of exams, fear of failure, black-out

•  Presentation anxiety, stage fright, performance stress

• Anxiety of flying, anxiety of driving

• Anxiety of dentists, anxiety of medical interventions

• Anxiety of spiders, mice, dogs

• Anxiety of psychological terror, mobbing, bossing

• Nightmares: Dreams about the past or the future

• Anxiety of avoidance: no longer coming into contact with certain places, things, food, people

The experience of countless clients from my more than 16 years of practice shows:

Even if your previous attempts and methods to free yourself from your fears have failed, coaching to regulate your emotions will bring you significant relief. I know from neurobiology that when it comes to fear, the central amygdala works closely with the hypothalamus (sympathetic nervous system activation). By regulating the emotions of our two functional networks, we can counteract the fear overload.

"It is not the courage to overcome the fear, but the security!"

Goodbye fear of flying!

Dear Mrs. Katzenschlager!

The trip to North America went really well. Now all I have to do is return.

But I'm well "equipped" and "strengthened" for it.

Thank you and best regards, Viktoria, employees
